The Hotel is amphitheatrically built on a hill, consists of small buildings of 5 or 10 independent rooms each.

All rooms have balconies with panoramic view of the Aegean Sea and Asia Minor. Are air-conditioned, direct-dial phone, satellite television, music, and mini bar- refrigerator. WC with bath or shower with Hairdryer.

In the main building, is the reception where the guests can use, the safe boxes and the fax, exchange money, send their e-mail at the internet corner and book a car from our car rental office. At the same area, they find the restaurant with a relaxing atmosphere, excellent view and exquisite cousine (Breakfast Buffet and Dinner Buffet or A' la Carte), the comfortable Living Room with piano and SatelliteT.V. And the Bar with unlimited view of the Aegean Sea for delicious cocktails.

Behind the main building are the Tennis court and the Ping-Pong, the Playground, the Swimming pool with sweet water and the Taverna -Cafe, which is open during the day for lunch, coffees, drinks and different kind of snacks. At the same place there is also the pool bar for "hot nights". Additional they can join the Jacuzzi, Sauna and the Fitness room.
Since July 2002 the hotel provide a fully equipped Conference Center for 350 Pax max.
Finally hotel guests can use the shuttle bus to Molivos and return during the day time.
